I have friends and relation from out of state that hit Lotaburger before any other stop in the Land Of Enchantment.
The meat inspector for the state tells me that Blake's processing facilities are the cleanest and best run in the state and the beef used is the very highest quality. I think this comes through in the taste of the Lotaburger. So wether you have your Lotaburger with green chili (chile,N.M.spelling) or not, give Blake's a try.
