I try to get to Blue Ginger at least once or twice a year on special occasions, and have never been disappointed. The food presentation is artful. Portion sizes are healthy and just right. The combination of flavor and textures in the dishes is unique and refreshing. The fusion of Asian and non-Asian flavors is masterful. Even the bread basket is enjoyably different!
The service has been fine every time. The wait staff can tend to lag at times however the ambience and the high quality of the food more than make up for this tolerable deficit.
Suggestions: Soybean Falafel entree, Creme Brulee and Cookies for dessert, and Soft Shell Crab appetizer.
