On a recent visit with friends, we all got petite filets, which were tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. The sides are comforting and good: mac and cheese, baked potatoes with all the fixings, green beans and a fantastic jalapeno cornbread. The steak chili is flavorful and rich, although a bit salty. It gets crowded on the weekends, if you have to wait, you can chill at the bar with a really strong drink.
