We went on Scott Cooper's reputation and ended the night by calling to see whether he had ever been there. Dishes were surprisingly bland and unimaginative -- e.g. beet and goat cheese salad where an overwhipped, insipid white mound lay in the middle, mustard crusted rabbit with only a hint of dijon on a portion of the leg. Service tried but didn't understand that calling us ""my friends"" and removing plates from someone still eating aren't good techniques. At the prices, a horrible value. 28 by Zagats, but based on all the dishes by our 3 people, 22-23 at best.
