The La Toque dining experience is out of this world. From the Froi Gras first course to the optional cheese course to the decadent chocolate dessert, the meal is one I will not soon forget. The wine pairing is a nice option and is well done (see WSJ wine column 8/23/02).
I just wish I lived a little closer as the trip home is always a bit of a challenge...
