With the exception of one person, the overall service was by far the worst ever experienced. By the time the car was ready to be picked up, 4 days past the stated delivery time, it was in worse shape then when it was dropped off. Thus an extra day was added to the waiting time as well as additonal costs. Clearly was charged for worked not performed, which was even indicated by people ""servicing"" the car!!!
