I never expected a stay like the one I experienced. Problems ranged from left over food in our refrigerator to the Guest Attendant checking another guest into our room and giving him a key while we had been checked in for almost 5 hours. This and all the little things in between that are too many too mention were heightened when I complained and did not receive acknoledgement from the home office nor the front desk. Go to the Residence Inn for your business or leisure stays

Cons: poor customer service, not clean, unfriendly
