Cesar had good atmosphere, but very small dining area. They try and pack lots of people in a small space. If you are looking for intimate setting, this is not the place. It is very loud. The food was pretty good but the selection is somewhat limited. There are no real 'main entree's' just the small selection of tapas. The wine was good. the service was good, the olive's were to die for. Overall, I left somewhat hungry for a main meal. Picking at their selections were like having just appetizers for a meal.
Pros: Great olives, many cocktails/wines, decent food
Cons: Noisy/crowded, parking stinks, packed together
