I have never been taken care of as well as at the Capitol Club, and this in a city known for good service. Our cocktailer was funny and friendly when we wanted to talk to him, and invisible when we wanted to talk to each other (though he did keep our drinks coming). Bombay is Bombay no matter where you drink it, but the club mixes a good martini in a large glass. Can't say much about the food; all I've had is the pita/hummous/olive plate, which is fine, but it looks like there's a pretty fine menu which might warrent further perusal.
Pros: Snazzy atmosphere, Deck seats w/view, Full of people
Cons: Bad parking, Too many candles, Full of people
