I've been here four, maybe five times, and the best I can say is that the pancakes are consistent. Not great, but consistent. I've never had good eggs here, and the home fries are just terrible (I mean really terrible - I've never come close to finishing an order). Their ""special recipe"" sausage is not good and not well prepared. And worst of all, it's all very expensive. The fact that there are always lines here is really surprising. If someone were to open a really good, well-run breakfast house in Kirkland, I think this one would have to improve or go under.
