Thanksgiving 2000 is a time I won't forget. This is the year that all of my family completed their move to Utah. We went for Thanksgiving that year and spent five days visiting them and seeing the sights in their town.
One of the places we went was Thanksgiving Point to see the Christmas lights. It was amazing!!! We were all bundled up as much as a Californian can be and we were still a bit chilly. We toured the gardens all decked out in lights, visited the greenhouse, had a cup of cocoa, and browsed through their gift shop wishing we could afford to purchase everything we saw. It was a great evening and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The next time I'm in Utah I want to spend more time in this place. They also have a dinosaur museum that I'd like to see. I highly recommend this place.
Pros: Large selection, Lots to see, Good parking
Cons: Expensive
