Dining at Chez nous reminds me of the wonderful meals my wife and I shared in the finest country inns in France. The Muscovy duck takes me back to a wintery evening and candle light dinner at En Ciboulet in Annecy. Recently we enjoyed the Tournedos with St. Andre, fresh tarragon cream sauce and baby pearl onions. This special meal reminded us of a Lovely dinner at the Lion d'Or in the Loire Valley. The food is always complemented by an excellent wine list and quiet yet attentive service. We visit Chez nous as often as we can and so should you.
