This restaurant has a truly innovative southwestern menu and everything is delicious, but the lobster enchilada is my favorite. The Prickly Pear Margarita is to die for. We have tried to imitate it at home without success. I have never had a bad meal or bad experience at this restaurant and love to take out of town guests there because it's definately not run-of-the-mill.
