This is one of the finest restaurants I have ever dined in. The food selection was outstanding. The filet mignon melted in my mouth. You wouldnt even need teeth to eat it, which is a good thing, because most of the other customers didn't have many teeth. The setting was very romantic. Although I had to share a table with other customers (we went on $2.99 all you can eat night, so it was very crowded), the ambiance can't be beat. I proposed to my girlfriend there right at the sundae-bar. Since I didnt have a ring, I used one of their gummi worm treats, which worked well as a substitute. Now I am happily married and have a double-wide trailer right outside of Scranton, and I owe it all to the O.C.B.
