If you're going to open a restaurant, then for God's sake specialize in a cuisine. When you try to serve 3 or more cuisines -- none of which compliment each other very well -- all suffer. I'd rather have Chinese at The Rainbow, and I'd rather have Carribean down the street at Harry Singh's.
Sure, the atmosphere is flashy, but I get the distinct impression that I'm not hip enough to even sit at the bar.
Chino Latino is all style and little substance.
