Best catfish everytime! I've eaten at Hucks probably two dozen times in the past 6 months and never got a bad piece of fish. The waitstaff is quick and professional. And if you like onions at all, tell 'em you want some. They'll cover your fish with fresh cut onions. And the fries are fresh cut, too, not frozen. I hear the other menu items are good, but I don't know why you would order anything but the catfish. And unless you're hungry, the half-plate is plenty. A little pricey for catfish, but then again, it is the best! Can be crowded nights, especially weekends.
