promise is still a promise to serve the fresh coffee no longer than 20 minutes??!! Oh com'on! I still got mine dark and burned! They will simple say, I will get the fresh brew one for minutes(......if I care, but not in the morning!!!) But for the hot chocolate, I love it! I think they better promote the hot chocolate than coffee!
