The Credit Union's rates are great. The APR on both auto and home loans are pretty good. Although they have a phone-based system to query your account info, make transfers, etc, they do not have any sort of online services...I would find that very convenient. The CSRs spend more time with the customers which some people might find nice but when Friday roles around, that leads to some pretty long lines (you're better off making your transaction by ATM). Another problem is the hours they operate...they close early and they're closed on weekends. There are no charges by them for using ATMs from other banks (though the other banks may charge you) so their ATM service is good.
