The chicken at Himeko is marinated, baked and broiled to tender perfection. Their classic meal includes the chicken, steamed rice, delicious soba noodles and a choice of interesting side dishes, such as cold spinach salad, glass noodles or marinated bean sprouts. Meal-sized bowls of soup and other items are also on the menu. It's a great combination of classic teriyaki and some more adventuresome but complementary choices. The basic checken meal is about $8. It's busy at lunch time, but worth the wait!
