Good cheese, but I've never been there when the Cheese Nazi (the middle-aged woman behind the counter with an East Coast way about her) didn't spoil the experience. For example, after I refused to return, my girlfriend went and asked for ""something kind of like Manchego, but I'd like to try something new."" Cheese Nazi: ""So, do you want Manchego or not?"" She was always this way with me too, although she seemed to be a little nicer to older customers. I kept going because the cheese is good, and despite her lame attitude, her advice is good. Then, I moved closer to Say Cheese, which has equally good cheese and great people. Never looked back.
