This chalet style restaurant serves fine Slavic foods (eg, Polish). No big globs of food, but finely cut up and spiced (which also means not big portions). And, take the time to see the arts-and-crafts gallery the family has collected over the years of items from Poland etc. (I think items are for sale)
You don't need to dress up fancy; just nice. It's on the way (Hwy 36) to Estes Park. Nice atmosphere and a nice Polish owner who is open to conversation.
Pros: finely prepared foods, authentic ethnic, personal service
Cons: small portions, expensive
