Joe, the late founder of Aurelio's, started this medium-sized chain in 1959. It is the standard against which all other pizzas are to be measured. We love it, and held our wedding rehearsal dinner at Aurelio's (South Holland) in 1979. It continues to be a highlight of family celebrations. The thin crust, especially, is out of this world. Ingredients are generous and of very high quality. Never a disappointment, kudos to all the cooks.
