Scullers is the only place in town for top-notch jazz.
Not many places in the country can bring in Wynton Marsalis (who I just saw there in June, awesome), Joe Sample, Roy Hargrove, and Pat Metheny and present them in an old school, intimate setting. Regattabar doesn't even come close, maybe one real headliner a month.
Pros: great acts, great ambience, easy parking
