I think the fault is Citysearch's--they really don't have a "best hair salon"--but putting Fratangelo's in this "Day Spa" category is misleading. I'd rate their haircutting/coloring capabilities as good, but they offer few of the other services you'd expect in a dayspa. There's a gym/salon next door that gives Fratangelo's referrals a 10% discount, but even then they're missing many items. If you want a nice haircut in a friendly place, try them. If you want a full-service day spa with massages, acrylic nail manicures, pedicures, special facials and such, go elsewhere.
Pros: good haircut, friendly service, easy access
Cons: no manicures, no massages, no pedicures
