I'm a huge fan of El Torito, but this one is terrible. I have yet to find a waitperson who isn't rude, lazy, terrible at listening, careless, etc. If you want the taste of El Torito and good service, go to Pasadena or Northridge. El Queso Grande in Granada Hills is good too. Just avoid this place. It's terrible.
