Matt and the gang at the Bicycle Dr. may not be the prettiest guys around - but they do damn good work and you can trust them. In an era where customer service is a lost art, these guys to treat you right. They are honest, straight-shooting and they stand behind their work. If you know that a your boards need a beveled edge or that most new forks come set up with negative travel, but you're not a dork about it, this is your bike shop. And don't try and chisel them out of a few bucks when you need a ""rush"" tune - craftsmanship is worth paying for.
