Attempting to use a gift certificate at this spa was a terrible experience. When their appointment setter didn't schedule my entire spa package, they unsuccessfully attempted to ""squeeze me in"" or reschedule. I rescheduled and my husband called to complain. He asked them to refund our money. It took them three days to call back and then they would only give us a prtial refund, because I didn't stay for the one spa service that they did schedule. We were told their receptionist doesn't make mistakes. There are too many better spa options in SLC. more
