Our Grandchildren love to visit the Reed Gold Mine, and also pan for gold. We go each time they visit us from Houston, Texas; Goldsboro, NC; Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC. Pros: Inexpensive, good parking, Not crowded Cons: Can't think of any!! more
