This is one of the most incredible places on Earth. Short hikes are ideal for families with children of all ages and the views are stunning no matter what time of year you come. It's the perfect place to view some of Utah's native wildlife. Campsites are well-kept and have nice, basic facilities. We stayed at the lodge outside the park a couple of years ago. It was a little expensive, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the views from the balconies are lovely--plus easy access to the park.
Pros: Great camping
Cons: Crowded in summer
