Casa Sanchez has the best service in the valley, hands down. There is someone always at the door to meet you. You are seated promptly and will have some of the best Mexican in Utah. As Red iguana is known for their inticate and scumptious mole dishes, Sanchez has a better fish selection as well as the best Lamb Stew on the planet. Do not pass this dish up--especially on a cold, winter day! With Uinta Brewery conviently right next door, you'll be sure to have some great beer with your food. Don't let the modest setting fool you; Sanchez is the best place in UT for Mexican.
