The name "Hyatt" sparks ideas of luxury and top notch service. This Hyatt, unfortunately, is only adequate. The rankings show it as a 4 star, which is not true in my opinion. The pool is a 4 ft. 3 lane lap pool that is barely bigger than my bathtub. The decor is non-existent. If you are a tourist, or are planning on catching downtown attractions this is not the hotel for you. The neighborhood it is in is not the safest and there is nothing you can walk to. Another reviewer said that they had a shuttle that would take you to many of the local attractions, which seemed like a good deal. But in actuality it only takes people to the airport and that is it. You will spend a MINT at this hotel on cabs!
