No NORM does not live in Manchester but the HRC is a place that makes you feel like you are part of a family. The food is great the drinks strong and best of all your have MS Pam as your host's. The quality of the music nights is high ... the comversation is live and it is a place to meet new people and bring old friends ... try it .. I moved from Avon and this place makes me feel like a member of a family.
