I have been to several Macaroni Grills over the last few years but I still like the first one I visited when I went to New Mexico.
I like the crayons and paper tablecloth to draw on while you wait (I'm impatient) and the jug of wine that they set at your table and expect you to be on the honor system. The wine isn't that great but it's nice to be able to fill up your glass without waiting for your server to return.
The food is good too, lots of choices and good portions. The only negative is the noise in this place.
