Long story short: My cable went out the Thursday before a big TV basketball weekend. I called and was told someone would be out within 24 hours. Friday night, still no cable. Another call: "No one can come out until Sunday, earliest." "But what about basketball," I ask. "Sorry. $5 off you're next bill?" Me: "I'm going to spend $5 in the first 10 minutes I'm at the sports bar I'm going to have to move into this weekend." Them: "Ha. That's funny!" Me: "You're fired." Them: "You need to be there between 8-5 next Saturday so we can get your box." Me: "Ha. That's funny!" Click.
