We saw the 5:50 showing of "Insomnia on 5/27. Throughout the entire film, cell phones were ringing and people were ANSWERING them, which at one point caused us to miss several sentences of the dialogue. The ushers in the aisles did nothing. Additionally, 3 or 4 times the speakers cut out on one side of the room, causing a pretty distracting crunch each time. Finally, when leaving we had to inch our way down a cramped staircase through a double line of patrons waiting for the next showing. We attempted to speak to Tommy, the manager-on-duty, but after about ten minutes gave up. They really need to clean up their act, have a fire inspection and tell the ushers to crack down on talkers and cell phone users.
