The ""new southern""food can be very good here, and at time mediocre. Frankly, I don't see why it has such an elevated reputation. It's cramped, loud and can be slow.
Don't miss desserts. Two great once are the buttermilk pudding cake with seasonal berries, and the tart, creamy goat-milk blintzes with sundries blueberry compote.
