This big, bloated national chain, which has shuttered thousands of neighborhood stationery stores, is a perfect example of what happens when a monopoly (almost) clears the field: indifference.
It's nearly impossible to find help when you want it. And frequently there is one person at the cash register and 20 people waiting. I have had to find a manager to get extra people behind the register. Sadly it's the only stationery store in my neighborhood.
