I hope all the servers at Gordon Biersch do not follow the lead of the one who decided to quit speaking to my dining companion and me one Sunday evening. Having brought us an unrequested sampler of the restaurant's beer, he rudely took it away when we politely told him we enjoyed it, but weren't in the mood to order drinks. He then refused to look or speak to us throughout the rest of the meal (thankfully we had already ordered food), rudely slammed our plates on the table, and generally behaved like a small child throwing a tantrum.
