Ive been renting from Enterprise regularly for the past 5 years--both for professional and personal purposes. Despite a completely clean record (and my standing as a loyal customer), I was charged for two chips in the window on a recent rental. I disputed the charge, as it was there when they dropped the car off. However, theyre still holding me responsible for a $175 charge. Im moving on to Hertz.
