After waiting over 30 minutes to be seated (with a reservation), we were made to sit in a dark and smelly area where we only saw our rude waiter every 15 minutes. I complained to one of the waiters on the way out who seemed to care and he told me that the restaurants owners send great reviews to these websites every week so that people will come in. Bad value, and as a Brazilian myself who has lived in Rio Grande do Sul, I was embarrassed.
