I am disappointed to see Brooks merit only a #7 on the top 10 list of steak houses in Denver. Although a little higher priced then say Outback - their food is consistently out of this world. Their filet mignon can be cut with a fork and literally melts in your mouth. You haven't eaten well in Denver if you haven't had a chance to visit Brooks yet!
