I tend to pick a couple of Thai standards to gauge the price and quality of food at new restaurants I try: Pad Thai and Pad Se Ew, both with tofu although I think you could safely say the ""meats"" are fairly interchangeable in dishes like this.
Sabuy Sabuy delivers both of these well, although once the Pad Se Ew had tough noodles. Mild tends to be too mild for my tastes, but watch out ordering medium here -- it can knock your socks off if you're not expecting really hot. I get the mild and ask for the little spice rack on the side (sriracha is one of the offerings here, does really well). Pad Se Ew tofu is about $7 and I think the Pad Thai is comparable, although it's been a while since I've gotten that. Great value, fast service and
