We have been to Grazzi several times. Each time I went with my husband, the service was incredible. The one time I took female friends, and no males were present, the service was horrible and our complaints to the host were ignored. I was not only embarrassed, since I had been boasting on how incredible this palce was, but I was very disappointed. Twice I had to complain about my water tasting like soap. The waiter admitted he had complaints from other tables but told me if my second glass of water was not OK, that I'd have to buy a bottle of water if I wanted to drink water. Good service?
