For the past three years, my husband has treated me to a trip to Ruth's Chris for my birthday. It is certainly worth the wait! I love how they bring the dishes out on sizzling hot plates. The filet (what I usually get) is so tender you barely need to use your knife, and the sides (like delicious asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and stuffed mushrooms) are wonderful. The service is also superb.
