I have dined all over Portland, from The Portland City Grill to Higgins, Heathman and beyond....and never have I had a more satisfying gastronimcal experience than at Hayden's in Tualitin.....
Chefs Mark and Madison personally came to my table and discussed the menu items. The pork tenderloin with Ancho chiles and sweet potato & pecan tales was out of this world! So was the beef with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
The crayfish springroll appetizer is not to be missed, either! And the Oregon Field Greens salad with filberts and blue cheese with a raspberry vinagrette is lovely.
Those unhappy with Haydens are few and far between....most seem to be from the Sunday Brunch, which is a value (FREE for kids) that you have to allow a slip in service for. Dinner is the deal here.
Do yourself a favor and visit Haydens SOON!
