I visited Samba Grill with my wife. We enjoyed Rodizio and Tucanos and expected Samba to be similar. After arriving, it became apparent that the organization of the restaraunt is very disjointed. We sat with empty plates for durations of 10 minutes (not kidding) before another server would bring a selection. The meats were VERY dissapointing as well, they were all overcooked and far too tough. After waiting an hour for a mere 5 meats we began feeling ill and finally went up to the owner to mention this, at which point he trivialized our concerns. He made sure to correct us by telling us how many times we had been served (quoting the servers he had spoken with in Portuguese) and that it was our fault for not eating fast enough (after 4 mintues the meat goes cold?.... seriously). DON'T GO
Pros: our waitress
Cons: tough meat, slow service, high prices
