I have been to the Boulder Cork a few times and have loved it every time. The Teriyaki Sirloin is wonderful and the mud pie is to die for. I would eat here just for the dessert. The decor is nice b/c there are many rooms in the restaurant and every room has a different feel. The food is prepared nicely and the menu has a great offering of seafood, steak and other things so everyone can find something great to eat. This is also a good place to take a date or to go with a group.
