Outback used to be one of my favorite places to eat. In Detroit it is a proven fact that if you want a consistantly good cut of prime rib, go to a local Outback. Well recently I've moved to Louisville and I have to say that all of the Outbacks in the greater Louisville area have disappointed me. If you want a 16 oz prime rib with 4 oz of fat then this is that place for you! I've also moved to two of the other steaks on the menu and have been disappointed both times. Please be aware that I am a person that orders his steaks rare/medium rare. 4 out of the last 5 times my steak has been over cooked to the medium/medium well range. I will not be going back except for apps and a few drinks.
