When I saw that Carrabba's had finally been voted as one of the best Italian restaurants, I said to myself ""It's about time"".Forget about the fact that they are a chain of restaurants, it is wonderful food! I love their Chicken Trio(not on the menu you have to ask for it) I get it EVERYTIME I go and so does my fiance'. It's Chicken Marsala, Pollo Rosa Maria, & Chicken Bryan. Salads are always fresh on cold plates,bread is always warm,good w/the olive oil/spice mixture. It's my choice above all the rest!!
