Don't let the strip mall locale fool you. Scott and Gina run a class joint that is the NEW top gun in the South Bay. You want stuffy, go to Chez Melange. You want creative, focused, Cal-fusion cuisine, this is the place for you...and all your friends. Dumplings in a spicy coconut milk broth is a must for the appetizer, and where else in town can you get such devine Bento Boxes as Scott offers up here on a nightly basis. A very nice wine list for the space they have for storage, but bring your own gem from the cellar if you want something with bottle age. One thing you can't forget to do: MAKE A RESERVATION. There is not a load of tables and it is a popular little place.
